@Talk_DPD_CS Hi Keith, our tale of woe keeps growing. Your call centre has now called to say they didn’t try to deliver today as the package was damaged even though there was an attempted delivery to a house 5 doors away.
It feels like all smoke and mirrors to me. Shocking service all round!

We made it through the night. We’re very lucky as Ned now wants a hot shower now, which is something the homeless in our community don’t have the luxury of.
