I’ve been signing emails forever (professionally and non) with ‘Best’ but a small percentage of pals have told me they read this as passive aggressive! I just received one from a therapist who signed off ‘warmly’ & I LOVE IT Should I swap ‘Best’ for ‘Warmly’?!
