Women are at serious risk when staying at @TravelodgeUK. The hotel staff who gave a man a key to a woman's room at 3am were apparently following security procedures 'correctly' which beggars belief since: ❌She was checked in as a single woman. ❌They didn't phone her to check if he really was her boyfriend and welcome in her room. ❌They didn't accompany him to the room and knock. ❌They gave him a key card because he knew her name. After he let himself in and sexually assaulted her, Travelodge offered her a £30 refund. This is even more horrifying since it is not the first time this has happened. James Cox was convicted in 2025 of raping a woman in a Travelodge in Liverpool. You might think Travelodge would have instigated better security after such an incident, instead it seems to be aiding and abetting sex offenders. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

Shame that @Saints1890 won't fix this seat and the one next to it. Honestly the amount of money they charge for season tickets but haven't fixed it. Plus @alcockm9 and his family are always buying the merchandise and going to home and away games. Shocking way to treat loyal fans

@OliLondonTV Your question states should men be banned in women's sports the fact that the sport separates genders so there is no unfair advantage then yes they should be banned.

@premierinn Can you please explain to me how this can be as my husband has checked every day since August and has contacted the main reservations several times to be told no rooms have been released and when he has rang hotel direct they have said the same?

@mandyjbond Thanks, Amanda. It will be due to the hotel currently have no rooms on sale, as rooms are released in stages. We would advise keeping an eye on the website for further rooms being released. Keisha
