$MGRX I was going to go into a detail report of what I think is going to happen. But, since a few of the failed pumpers are getting on board; I figured most of you all know the trend this stock is going in🤦‍♂️ So, I’ll just slightly go into it🥴 My belief is when you see these pumpers making posts of adding on, or for that matter anything positive, it’s a call out to short the stock 🤷‍♂️. In my opinion, they are late. They could have done it on the 15th! The day after the news focused on shareholder equity for 6/30, but it was a whole lot less on release date🤣 Here’s how it goes a day later on the 16th: @mango_ceo makes a post about the company is just warming up. You’re a bag holder that was thinking of taking the loss, but held on because of that post. What Jacob didn’t tell you in that post, was that he was going to slap you in the face with a big fat dilution later that night! That dilution told you what the future share price would most likely be. Then the following trading day he has the audacity to (how it appears) blame the shorts. Um no, when you advertise the value for the company at 0.15 a share, while the current share price is over 100% higher, what do you expect to happen? Then what happens next? We get an update that he slaps you in the face again and dilutes you even more! 500 shares were sold to the investor but not at the original $0.15 conversion price, but at $0.1364. So, I ask you why he would devalue the company even more? Supposedly when they are waiting on positive results from the study that should be finished this third quarter? Makes me think it wasn’t positive 🤷‍♂️ If you are a big bag holder, are you now thinking of lending your shares out? Just to help a little from that hole you have gotten yourself in? This is no way financial advice! just my opinion from the cheap seats! It also doesn’t mean I am shorting the stock or will! Though I highly doubt it, the company could release news that the study successfully succeeded tomorrow! All I do know is that the company was diluted and Jacob was rewarded with an additional $1,000 a month to pay for a car🤦‍♂️ I’ve got this one picture of another CEO (a certain electric car company) on one of my trading laptops. It’s got him saying “I wanna make Shorts rich and longs my (female dog). Should I change the CEO picture to Jacob?

@papimcsafe you are definitely entitled to your opinion. For the sake of clarifying the facts, there was no conversion or dilution at $0.15 (or at $0.1364 which you mentioned in your post). This price per share simply represents the floor conversion price as set forth in the Series B Preferred that was sold to certain institutional investors and is required per NASDAQ rules. And per SEC rules, when filing a registration statement you must use the floor price when calculating the underlying number of shares to register. Additionally, we are still awaiting the results of the efficacy study that we initiated a few weeks ago against our IP and hope to have those results towards the end of September as planned. We will be sure to update our shareholders with those results accordingly.
