@anjaxuanreads i never read the final version, but the arcs were released very very close to the actual book so i doubt anything got changed

@hibiikiiing and a bunch of people thought we were hating on her because we were jealous or just wanted to pick on her (???) but it was a big discourse for like a month especially because people claimed some of us were “spoiling” the book lol and that turned into a fiasco

@hibiikiiing it’s been a long time now but in 2021 the arc of tbg dropped and a lot of us read it early, there were already some issues people had with how the darker skinned characters were treated but it really got amplified when we read the third book. initial reviews were very negative -
