Love Language is simply delightful. A hilarious homage to the best rom-coms of the ’80s, ’90s, and early 2000s, it delivers exactly the kind of charm and emotional payoff that fans of the genre have been craving for years. It’s especially great to see Chloë Grace Moretz back on the big screen with a performance that ranks up there amongst one of her best. The entire ensemble is also terrific, and I loved how writer/director Joey Power transforms Chicago into a character of its own. I loved this movie and really hope it gets a proper theatrical release rather than going straight to streaming, because it absolutely deserves to be experienced with an audience like all of those iconic ones I grew up watching. #SXSW #LoveLanguage
