Ok so. Earlier this year i tried doing cold outreach for @teamhexcode. Lasted about two weeks before client work ate it. Which is fine, except the honest version is client work always eats it, and that's the actual thing to fix. Starting again monday, this time with it scheduled. 5-6 personalised emails a day to founders. Posting what i learn here because otherwise i'll quit again.

Spent today building the list. 30 founders, all yc/sequoia backed, seed to series a. Drafted the first 6 emails. The hardest part wasn't the writing, it was deciding who not to email.
