Well as I recover from yet another surgery think it’s worth talking about mental health and participation in the market. The buildup/dread of this procedure has weighed on me and as a precaution I personally traded much less this week. I sort of have a few things going against me for mental health (haven’t been able to work out - physical health is big for me) and I know all too well how this can play into market interactions. Instead of pretending everything is normal, be honest with your self when your home life isn’t good, a negative personal event happens etc. and reduce your market activity. Goes without saying this in tandem with current market environment is key to preserving financial and mental capital. I still am observing, building screen time and sharpening the analysis side of things while I get back to a more normal for myself. Hope this helps at least one person out there going through something, wish you all the best.

Small things are what we celebrate. Super cool moment First time eating yogurt by himself using a spoon independently! First time eating chicken fries and French fries! He usually eats the same 3-4 things everyday but decided he wanted to try something new and show off his skills. Very happy day for my little man!

You should never take a big loss. It’s the most important rule of trading that any successful trader will tell you, non negotiable. Losing trades are inevitable, everyone loses. What isn’t inevitable is big losses. Why? Because we control the size of our losing trades. If you take a big loss it’s because you let a small loss turn into a big one, it should never happen. There should only be four outcomes while trading: Big win Small win Breakeven Small loss That’s it, big losses shouldn’t be an option. If you program yourself to not allow big losses your success will increase exponentially.

Watching these AVWAP's from 5/12 and 5/27 (Zone of interest). The 5/27 has been a major level of support so far, let see how we react here.

$GOOGL Showing Relative Strength and could be a potential double bottom on daily. Need market to behave.

$DELL with a cup and handle on daily.

$BA showed strong RS then pulled back with the market, however the RS line stayed flat (ish) and now crossing up back above the 21 EMA. Nice candle on the week and this looks good for continuation.

$CAVA change of character and bucking the trend since Dec. Take a peek at the RS line. Power Earnings gap and now flagging on daily.

$VKTX with a launch pad on daily. R/R is nice with 200 SMA stop.

$GCT above all the moving averages and a potential flag here. However, needs market cooperation though! Remember 'M' in CANSLIM.

$SMCI starting to look good in this base. @mindofzen_
