I want Yan Diomande. Simple.
For me Ndaiye is a GOOD player & for the apparent fee would make a great signing. BUT does he move the needle enough? Does he take us to challenging? I don’t think so. For me he’s in the Boomo/Cunha bracket.

I rate Ndiaye.
Ndiaye just like Amad is a close control monster, hard to dispossess, good with 1v1s and keeps the game going, just like Amad BUT
When you want to win great things, you need attackers with elite ball striking, willingness to take voluminous shots and risks, high level of creativity, numbers hungry and a certain level of selfishness.
For example:
Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema
Messi, Suarez, Neymar
Rooney, Tevez, Ronaldo
Salah, Firmino*, Mane
Aguero, Mahrez, Sterling
Yamal, Lewa, Raphina.
And so on.
When you are ready to win big trophies, Amad and Ndiaye are not the attackers you make your first teamers..

That is because NADECO wasn’t at all an ‘opposition’ group or a democracy defender, it was a CIA operational tool against a supposed dictator (Sani Abacha) who had plans to nationalize Nigeria’s resources.
So many of us have grown to learn this, and are not surprised with what Bola Tinubu and his NADECO gang are doing now.
It is left for the rest of Nigerians to learn that the foundation of our resistance has to be freedom from foreign interference. Every other struggle is a waste of time.

What an irony of history, that the acclaimed defenders of democracy and human rights who claimed to have fought for democracy during the era of General Sani Abacha now find themselves worse than the man they opposed. Today, General Sani Abacha, once presumed face of oppression, will be remembered as seemingly more democratic and more respectful of human rights than the so-called champions of activism from the NADECO days. Over the last 2 years, a dangerous and divisive narrative has spread across Nigeria, a narrative of religious persecution, of Nigerian Christians being massacred by “Islamic jihadists” and “ISIS terrorists” for their faith in a “Christian genocide”, a narrative which did not originate in Nigeria, but in Washington DC. For the last 2 years, and in recent months most especially, the administration of US President Donald Trump has been relentlessly pushing this narrative.
Why is it doing this, and why should every Nigerian be very concerned?
