What has three letters and is not safe to run on? Yep, ice is forecast to descend on our poor, sodden course overnight. So for the safety of participants and volunteers we’re cancelling. #loveparkrun #mansfieldparkrun

They say “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatest” but currently Mansfield Parkrun is cos playing a swimming pool. With more rain forecast overnight we’re cancelling. For nicer swimming try Water Meadows or Rebecca Adlington… #loveparkrun

Mansfield parkrun cancelled 11/11/25 due to ice / freezing conditions. With the temperatures set to stay very low and the course already icy/slippy we have made the decision to cancel parkrun on Saturday as we don’t feel the conditions will improve. Say safe #loveparkrun
