@SweejTech@sweetjusticesnd A Good way to visualize how attenuation affects energy on the frequency spectrum from a sounds origo and outwards in 3d space. Especially when you take obstruction of objects into account.
@rosstregenza Record the sound off axis and prevent any type of proximity. The lavalier mic on the forehead is a great setup to use in these situation.
Sound designers - do you have any cool tricks to make dialog in third person games (esp player's dialog) feel more rooted in 3D space? My normal tricks are to roll off a load below 300Hz after a meter, and a good conv verb. Anything else?

@karl_zylinski I can't express enough how much this improves the flow and the likelihood of keeping yourself in the zone. It's seems small but it prevents micro distruptions.
Getting to work with the sound design on @HazelightGames A Way Out was a great experience for Måns Ortner @mansortner but also a big challenge. We posted an article at our website about this and how that lead us into making Elias 4 - release 2022.
