Just realzied all the @nixplaycloud frames I've gotten people as gifts are now subscription models. Time to turn off wifi and put photos on the frames the old fashioned way. I don't think I'll buy anything else from Nixplay.

@betterme I signed up for a trial and you took extra money. I have messaged you asking for a refund and have received automated reply. This is unacceptable customer service. I have no read that even though others cancelled auti renewal you continued to take money. That is not acceptable.
