When you make 8 fig per quarter the biggest threat isn’t competition. It’s internal complexity. Too many SKUs. Too many channels. Too many hires. The discipline to stay simple at scale is harder than building the scale itself 🧘🏽♂️

How I’d scale a health and wellness brand if I were just starting out 1. Do research on top competitors, especially their Amazon reviews (best and worst) 2. Dive deep into Reddit to find issues that these people face and questions they ask. Use Claude to create a bunch of questions you can manually search. 3. Seed your product through something like Refunnel. The cost of the product far outweighs the CPMs you’ll get from the shares. 4. Set up a long form post purchase survey (15-25 questions) so you can learn about why people are buying. 5. Build an in depth research document about what CORE DESIRE your customers need: health, sex, status, belonging, growth 6. Call your customers, get feedback as much as possible 7. Build a strong subscription offer + test a TON of offers as soon as you can. 8. If you’re low on cash, try to be as profitable as possible, then scale. If you have cash, try to acquire as many customers as you can and get to a place to be able to take on good debt that can help you get more product.

I’ve easily put over 50hs trying to find a rental in Barcelona for 11 months. Ngl it’s harder than getting to 10k month at this point

Shopify changing people’s checkout automatically “Pay as guest” or “pay and save my info” How do we disable this? It’s absolutely obliterating mine and your CVR’s
