Being multilingual is a strength. Here is our Vice President, Cde KCD Mohadi, speaking in Tswana as he was being interviewed by journalists from Botswana on the sidelines of the funeral of the former President of Botswana, Festus Mogae. He speaks more than six local languages and Russian.
BREAKING NEWS: Opposition Plots to Hijack May Day at Dzivarasekwa Stadium as Anti-CAB3 Desperation Reaches New Low
Zimbabwe's opposition has reached a new low. Rather than engaging the constitutional process through legitimate means, key figures are orchestrating a calculated plot to hijack Workers' Day celebrations at Dzivarasekwa Stadium this weekend and transform them into an anti-CAB3 political spectacle.
Eric Murai, Munyaradzi Kufahakutizwe, and Obert Masaraure are mobilising ZINASU students and CCC supporters to infiltrate the venue under the cover of May Day solidarity. The objective is not to honour workers. The objective is to ambush a national celebration and repurpose it as a protest platform after the ZRP lawfully rejected their applications for public demonstrations.
Anti-CAB3 T-shirts are already prepared for mass distribution inside the stadium. ZCTU leaders face planned disruption and booing. More insultingly, Nelson Chamisa's name is being used as bait to boost turnout, despite confirmation that he will not be in the country. This is not grassroots activism. This is orchestrated deception targeting ordinary Zimbabweans who simply came to celebrate Labour Day.
ZCTU Secretary-General Tirivanhu Marimo is the central coordinating figure, working to merge ZINASU and CCC networks to execute this operation seamlessly.
What makes this episode particularly revealing is what is driving it internally. CCC hardliners are rattled by Douglas Mwonzora's growing momentum in the anti-CAB3 space, including financial backing from Britain's Labour Party. Rather than competing on merit, CCC operatives are determined to deny Mwonzora the spotlight by seizing May Day for themselves.
The workers of Zimbabwe deserve a day of dignity, not a borrowed stage for opposition factions squabbling over foreign patronage and political relevance. The public must take note of exactly who is behind this disruption, why they are doing it, and what it reveals about an opposition that has abandoned principle in favour of chaos.
You have millions for MPs but nothing for civil servants? A government that suppresses its people does not deserve rest from the masses. Our nurses should be heard!
On the sidelines of our 46th Uhuru celebrations in Maphisa, I met a war veteran, Cde Richard Chinengundu, whose liberation war name was Cde Twarai Tipone. He was a member of the ZANLA High Command, serving as a senior commander in the eastern front during the armed struggle. Born in 1953 in Buhera District, he joined the liberation war in 1972, undergoing military training in Mozambique and Tanzania before rising through the ranks.
After Independence, he was deployed to the Zimbabwe National Army, where he held the rank of Major. He later transitioned to local government, working as Director for Security at Harare City Council from the early 1980s until about 2014. Politically, Cde Chinengundu has remained an active and loyal member of ZANU PF, serving on the party’s War Veterans League provincial executive for Mashonaland West. He was also a member of the party’s District Coordinating Committee in Chegutu, where he contributed to mobilising support during election campaigns.
Currently, he is farming in Chegutu, where he lives with his family.
Walking away from CCC was one of the best decisions ever by NC. It's absolutely understandable when people get frustrated daily but we need a bit more patience. Time has a beautiful way of exposing certain unclear issues . Firstly it was the sham "public hearings" led by Parliament, up next will be "debate" on CAB3 by these kind of "Opposition" Parliamentarians. Anything associated with CCC is now effectively tainted beyond repair nomatter the good intentions of some of our friends still there.....

@MacBelts@DenfordNgadzio1 If they had been approved they will not have been brought down .In any event a temporary structure is intended to be brought down at any time. The fact that a structure looks permanent is a case of being in the eye of the beholder!
@matigary@DenfordNgadzio1@nickmangwana@cityofharare2 The city is one of the biggest cities in Southern Africa and unfortunately my nose is not the biggest in Africa .A lot of construction is happening in Harare .We rely on various routes to deal with a situation once it is brought up .We need all our noses !
Denford Ngadziore @DenfordNgadzio1 what is this you are building in Malbereign?
Is this the excellence you and Chamisa so badly wanted in Council?
What is this?
@nickmangwana where are we with commission investigating the corruption and rot in the @cityofharare2 ? @JMafume
Honestly, I think these are just money-making schemes. No one is still paying attention to this drama anymore. Zimbabweans are more focused on making money and taking care of their families. No one is going to rise up, because people are content with their lives and with the current leadership.
Yesterday I was in Rusape, Makoni West Constituency, Ward 12, to bury the father of a fellow cadre and Central Committee member, Cde Christine Taruona. Special appreciation to the ZANU PF leadership from Harare Province and Makoni DCC for attending the ceremony.

The PUBLIC Consultations are ending tomorrow. From what we have witnessed so far, the people have spoken and the voice of the people is the voice of God. #Bhoo 😊
