Yesterday, between 18:19 - 20:57 UTC our infrastructure was affected by a global outage of our provider (mashable.com/article/google…). All our MapTiler API services are back and working correctly 🥳

Our Maps API are loading slowly or not loading due to incident of our main provider. We are investigating the problem

Between 6:21pm and 7:05pm UTC today, our Web services and Cloud administration portal were not working - problems with containerization software on one of our servers. The problem was fixed now and all services are running. All our Maps Public API were working without any impact

Since 6:30 pm UTC today, we have been experiencing some issues with loading custom maps, caused by the instability of our 3rd party provider. MapTiler Planet and Standard Maps are working without any impact. We are working on improving the stability.

All MapTiler API services are working correctly and MapTiler Web services are functional as well. 🥳 The outage on 4th March 2025 on cloud.maptiler.com was caused by the monitoring provider (unable to get DNS entries in the Australia region. We are investigating it)

After recent changes to our MapTiler Planet dataset, some uncached requests were incorrectly giving a 404 response between 13:30 and 14:10 UTC. We have fixed the problem, and all MapTiler API services are working correctly.

💚 All MapTiler Cloud API and Web services working 100% again 🥳 High-available MapTiler Cloud API was almost unaffected, web services were slow or unavailable less than 30min, fully restored at 13:50 UTC 🙌🎉

Our server provider identified and fixed network issue, and our MapTiler Web services are returning to be fully operational as well

Our web services are not available (maptiler.com, cloud.maptiler.com, ...) We are now investigating, probably related to some network issues of our providers MapTiler API seems to be available without any direct effect now

MapTiler Geocoding API is unstable since yesterday evening, we are investigating more 🔍 All other MapTiler Cloud API services are working 100% ✅

MapTiler Cloud API is not working properly for new tilesets, uploaded since 11am CEST We are working on the fix, even for affected files. Our basemaps (Streets, Satellite, ...) and older files are available

All MapTiler Cloud services are working 100% 🎉 The situation has been stabilized at about 15:00 UTC. Displaying raster tilesets is functional again.

MapTiler Cloud API is currently facing issues when displaying raster tiles beyond zoom level 14 of some sources, less than 1% affected. Our team has identified the core issue and has been working on the fix since earlier today. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All MapTiler Cloud services are working 100% 🎉 The situation has been stabilized at about 20:00 UTC. Uploading and updating tilesets is functional.
