Spain beats Argentina. Unless Spain has an off day or drastically changes its approach, I think La Roja has this. Prediction: Spain 3-0 Argentina. I expect Spain to score in the first half. Once Argentina starts chasing the game, they'll have to press higher, which will leave more space for Spain to exploit in transition. I also don't see Argentina controlling the midfield. Against Spain's possession game, that's a major problem. Defensively, Argentina is essentially working with 10 outfield players. Messi remains a massive attacking threat and will contribute in advanced areas, but he doesn't consistently defend deep. Against a side like Spain, that imbalance is far more likely to be exposed than it was against England.
