I think this is a valid fear for her, especially since she, just one episode before, expressed her fear of losing him. But I really like his quick reaction. You can read a LOT into it. Is he surprised she's questioning her place? Is he taking it in the way she's not intending?

But, Paige, are you going to let those issues diminish how pretty they are in this scene?

I know there's a lot to talk about with this scene. I know some don't like (at least parts of) it, and I understand why. I feel the frustration, too. I mostly wish they had actually tackled this subject instead of glossing over it in a small scene.
