I still think so much time is wasted in the food space trying to prove if you are a chef or not. In media, in kitchens, in conversation. If you lead with what you know, are humble enough to keep learning and are open to other mindsets than being seen as a “chef” isn’t important.

The Buffalo shooting is an awful tragedy, and the only person to blame is the young man that pulled the trigger. It is wise for everyone to pay attention to the fact that he chose this location bc of NY’s strict gun control laws. When people can’t carry, they are defenseless.
