Shipping something small that works beats architecting something big that never launches.

Cuckcoding: You mass-approve every Claude Code prompt, don't read the diff, ship to prod, and wonder why your app is broken. Your codebase isn't yours anymore. You just pay for the hosting.

Stages of AI-generated code testing: "It works on my machine" → ships it "We'll add tests eventually" → nobody says it out loud, everyone's thinking it "Why is prod down?" → Friday, 5pm, every time "We need to hire someone to fix this" → hi, that's me What stage are you at right now?

Every AI founder: “Not Grok. Not Grok. Not Grok.” 😅 Meanwhile their entire backend is hard-wired to one model. If switching models = full rewrite… You didn’t build AI infrastructure. You built AI dependency. The sorting hat isn’t the risk. Lock-in is.

Your vibe-coded app works. Your codebase is a liability. API keys in the frontend. 40 duplicate files. A test suite that's purely decorative. I wrote up the 6 failure patterns I find in nearly every AI-built codebase, explained for founders, not engineers. @vibeinprod/6-hidden-risks-in-every-vibe-coded-codebase-and-what-theyll-actually-cost-you-3ab43f84efdc" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@vibeinprod/6-… #VibeCoding #AICode #StartupTech

I started integrating openrouter.ai in some of my projects. I do really like the flexibility of switching models and providers so easily! 💪

Use of AI to build a rocket be like: Give it to an engineer, and he'll build a rocket. Give it to a monkey, it'll build a banana shaped rocket (that won't launch). Give it to OpenClaw/Moltbot, it'll shittalk the owner on how freaking lazy he is, and build a rocket for bots only 🚀

I have been writing a few books these days, I find AI is a great help, but it's usage in writing books, required a pretty smart pipeline. Anyone else have been experimenting with this usage?

The more loops I add, the more explicit everything needs to be.

The hardest bugs I’ve hit lately weren’t technical. They were conceptual.

AI makes it easier to write code. It does not make it easier to reason about it.

Something I underestimated with AI assisted coding: how fast small ambiguities compound.
