@akm515 @NewsLambert Interesting thought price discovery vs price correction. Here in Columbus we are exiting the discovery and entering a correction.

Dallas suburbs are going through price discovery. Exurbs are going through a price correction. New construction in particular are open to negotiations and offering additional incentives to get the sale done. Downtown Dallas is more resilient due to limited new construction and stable demand.
