@geewhizpat This photo doesn't seem right. (1) The snow walls aren't *that* tall at Donner summit, judging from Caltrans cameras, (2) There are not private cars allowed yet on I-80, (3) The post is 6:06am; it was still dark at that hour.

@SJSUmeteorology @FireWeatherLab Can you please provide a URL to obtain loops like this? From the NWS websites for Bay Area locations, we can only get loops that cover CA, and not far out to sea either.
