So here's a story of, by far, the weirdest bug I've encountered in my CS career.
Along with @maciejwolczyk we've been training a neural network that learns how to play NetHack, an old roguelike game, that looks like in the screenshot. Recenlty, something unexpected happened.

@RuralBandit_ We had both ducks and chickens free range for a while. The chickens would very reliably put themselves to bed as soon as the sun got low. The ducks frequently had to be coaxed home even well after full dark and would stop for snacks along the way. Like teenagers staying up late.

@ClaireMax Better sound quality than all of those except actual phone, proper hotkey PTT, and decent moderation features. For spending a lot of time on voice multitasking, especially if you're inviting people you don't know so well, it's fit for task.

I really don’t play co-op games, but I can’t imagine why discord is better for voice chat than an actual phone call, FaceTime, zoom, or Google meet

Official statement from Wildlife Conservation Society who oversees the Central Park Zoo. All the sea lions are safe, but one of them fully made it out of the pool and "explored the area before returning to familiar surroundings." She never breached the zoo's secondary perimeter
