It’s strange when something bad happens in one part of the world and you get all that lot posting about it (not actually doing anything) and criticising all the people that don’t post And then something bad happens in another part of the world and they are nowhere to be seen 🤷‍♂️

It would be better if we scrapped that silly over-25s ID bollocks and went back to landlords turning a blind eye to the teenagers having a few beers and playing pool in the taproom. Maybe we wouldn't have quite so many miserable, lonely, socially inept young people that way.

@HMRCcustomers I wrote and sent a letter as advised. Some days later the balance displayed on your app then went to £0.00. But I never received the money. Checking the HMRC app now shows the money has not been transferred to me and has reappeared the as tax I'm owed - back to where I started.

@HMRCcustomers I've been requesting a self assessment repayment for months. After applying through the app, I'm told my request is pending before eventually the app tells me to reapply with no record of me applying in the first place. Any advice?

@HMRCcustomers Hi. Well i've followed all the steps and filled in the relevant info. The last page then tells me that HMRC has received my request. When I go back to check the status, it goes back to the original page where I have to request it again.
