@ev_runs @parismarathon Just got a chance to watch the vid, great stuff! Should have clarified: - 500m recovery after the first 10k (I think) - it's a full 20mins of on/off (10 x 1/1) - they'll cover 40km+ in this session so it doubles up for a long run too

@nycmarathon Have ALL non-NYRR accepted time qualifiers been contacted via email? I applied on Wed Feb 8th @~12:40pm with a qualifying time and valid credit card, but still no word. Did the non-NYRR time qualifier applications reach capacity within one hour of opening??

My son has recently had an ear infection. Usual course of antibiotics & all is well. Although we’ve only just finished the medicine, he’s been much better for a few days. He really didn’t want to keep taking them after that point, which is natural of course. 1/2
