Times Sq in NYC is the busiest intersection in the 🇺🇸 US but once upon a time it was this place in the picture. If you can guess where this is you now know a market that will 💥 boom it's real estate values in the coming years. I got 9 units, retail, and land last year here.

Stack a few of these deals and you'll start to see the quality of life change. Once you have good amount of equity use as a downpayment for a bigger deal and now your cruising to the 🔥 FIRE movement.

@GCiams Oh yes. I coached 2 house hacks in Newark and both clients live rent free with six figure equity in less than 2 years.

This city has 1000s of luxury apartments being built. Dozens of skyscrapers under construction. A Tech incubator investing in small business. 20 mins to NYC. And you can get a 4-plex ranging from $500K - $800K with near 1% in rents. Can you guess what city it is?

@GCiams @jordancaballero 100 years ago. It was supposed to be a major city in the US before geopolitics hit it. But it's finally back on the rise.

Growing up in NYC I used to always chill with friends in the fire escape or building entrance. We always had fun and had a lot to say. These days many of my friends are just on their phone. Things will never be the same.

@learnlifemoney Newark NJ. At one point in its history, this block I am showing you was the busiest place in the whole USA. Today Times Square NYC is the busiest. But this city is making a major comeback.

@BrianHullNJ @NYCFC_ANewStart Yes it will. With billions invested already nothing is stopping the change. And I've seen this type of change in many other cities as well.

@NYCFC_ANewStart @marcotonycampos That’s what the majority of people said about Washington, DC 25 years ago and look at DC now. Newark has a lot of problems (safety) but a spectacular location and infrastructure.

@NYCFC_ANewStart I have a place there and stay there often. Nice cafe's just a walk away and tapas galore in the Iron bound area. This place is going to exponentially change, adjacent areas to the downtown.
