The longer I build, the more I realize that speed isn't the opposite of quality. Indecision is. You can spend months polishing the wrong product, or weeks testing the right assumptions. Fast doesn't mean careless, it means shortening the distance between an idea and real-world feedback. The founders who move quickly aren't rushing, they're learning sooner than everyone else.

So X just tweaked the New Algorithm to boost mutuals (people you follow who follow you back) in replies/feeds. Before, friends got buried under strangers , now they should show up more. But how’s it affecting new people discovery to make new mutuals? Anyone figured out how it all works/nuances ?
