看到 river 的公告全部都是繁體字，突然意識到為什麼 river 在 tge 後要禁台灣 ip，是因為項目方肉身就在台灣啊！
發代幣應該都算公開發行，公開做搞不好會因為反洗錢，或各種法律而被刁難。
