@mareikecora I’d be so stoked if it was a snail kite (went looking for them last winter and didn’t see any), but short-tailed seems like a better match based on behavior (dropping out of the sky onto perching birds). Thanks and hope all’s well with you!

After several postdocs and many international moves, I'm happy to now have a permanent home in Montréal. During the postdocs I also realized that the tenure track just wasn't for me, so I'm thrilled to be starting a position as Bioinformatics Analyst at @C3Genomics this week!
