@BostjanRihter it looks like there is dynamic getting involved which has high start up costs on mono. better to measure second call instead

@tjanczuk I tested with 3.4 and 3.2.7 it could work with earlier versions too. Compile it from sources or get it from download page

@migueldeicaza it'd have to resolve from both sides left to right and right to left but where do you make the cut. e.g. int a = Foo(Foo ())
