@LnkMxwl @Omnipaints Regiments of Renown are one the best way GW ever did allies imo. You get fun lore, interesting rules and list building options. And at the same time the predefined nature of RoR means that they are relatively easy to balance.

Designed a deck to maximize my chances of winning in untimed rounds in top 16. Unfortunately, top 16 isn’t untimed—it’s 3 hours, then the highest remaining seat wins. I reached an unassailable position, but ran out of time. I was too focused on my game rather than the tournament-
