Vidro taunted him on the highway, chased him into the private lot, confronted him over a fake “you hit my car” claim, then emptied his magazine 9 shots, 7 hits while Padgett’s girlfriend watched in horror. Later Vidro admitted it but claimed self-defense. Cops said no way: he was trespassing on private property where Padgett had every right to be. Charged with 1st-degree murder + aggravated stalking. No bond. Next court date May 18. Padgett, dad to Niya, Ty’Darrius & Ava, was remembered as an “incredible father.” Road rage turned execution. What’s your take? Justice for Nathaniel. 🕊️
