I started running at an 11-12min 5k pace. Being with them made me want to challenge myself, and now I can keep up with the top of the pack’s 9:15 pace. But I don’t care about that in run club because I’m there to have fun and enjoy this beautiful city. Find a good run club. 3/3

I’ve made great friends who I hang out with outside of run club. I meet new people every week and want to be welcoming to them too so they can experience the joy and belonging that I do. It’s part of what makes my life fulfilling. 2/3
