Empreender pode ser benéfico para a sociedade na medida que contribui para a eudaimonia, ou seja, no crescimento em virtudes. Isso não se dá em um vácuo social, e sim interagindo, relacionando-se e contribuindo com os demais (empregados, clientes, demais stakeholders).

A resposta com raízes na filosofia clássica indica que devemos ser virtuosos porque buscamos alcançar o nosso fim, como seres humanos, que é crescer como pessoas e alcançar a eudaimonia, ou florescimento humano. E nisso podemos repensar no propósito de #empreender

Estou pensando nos desafios de #empreender no Brasil. Não nos obstáculos amplamente conhecidos, mas na #coragem necessária e o esforço moral envolvido para agir #eticamente. Como se manter firme diante de desonestidade, ganância e relativismo moral?

Compreendo a importância das regulamentações e reconheço a responsabilidade dos servidores em cumpri-las. Mas neste momento crítico, precisamos de bom senso. Nenhuma norma deve sobrepor-se à missão fundamental de todo agente público: ajudar as pessoas.
