The Memphis conversation has become silly, & it’s not LeBron’s fault. Many prominent players have echoed his sentiments. “We” the media have made it about community & culture instead of infrastructure.
Basketball players live a bougie, max contract road life, but instead of imploring the Grizzlies to move to Nashville find a solution in Memphis. Also, If we going to ask athletes to speak on behalf of the community at all times a lot of others need to assess their choices as well!

@Realrclark25 But this is the hotel LeBron is complaining about. They keep bringing up that Nashville has Vanderbilt. OK and Memphis has St.Jude. So u wanna move a team bcuz Nashville has the Four Seasons. Come on
LeBron James on playing the Grizzlies:
“I’m f***ing 41 years of age. You think I want to do sh** in Memphis on a random Thursday? I’m not the first guy in the NBA to talk about this. You guys got to move the team… go over to Nashville already.”
(via @leaguealerts)
@LegionHoops@LeagueAlerts Memphis is a beautiful city with a rich history in music and civil rights. LeBron is an A-hole for saying they should move the team. F LeBron, fr this the hotel he is complaining about.
LeBron is garbage 🗑️. Boring, lame, overrated.
Retire already.
Memphis is a cool town with a lot of soul. Every city has crime.
The push to try to get the Grizzlies out of Memphis is soooo disgusting.
People always say the wanna help raise up black community - now here we are with a chance to lift up Memphis, and they want to rip the Griz out of the city.
Such fake ass people. LeBron sucks.
@big_business_ Nashville would be significantly better than Memphis to visit as a road team. Not controversial. Memphis isn't great.
A little surprised by Milwaukee though, I've heard good things.
People should appreciate his honesty.
"Did I say I don’t like Black people? … I’m 41 years old and there’s two cities I don’t like playing in right now. Milwaukee and Memphis. What is the problem with that? I don't like going home either and I'm from there."
-Lebron James
@RareLifeRod@big_business_ Memphis is one of the most visited cities in the country. Unlike Milwaukee there r major historical attractions here like Graceland, the Civil Rights Museum and Beale Street. Not to mention St Jude is here and have events here.

There is a systematic increase in violence towards the white women in the United States. Maybe because a behavioral disorder associated with this particular race or they hate white color but this trend is going to be ended with segregation if they don't stop.
Also, hope it was worth it for the teacher to lose his job. Now he’s facing criminal charges for striking a minor.
Penalties under Nevada Statute § 200.508 for child endangerment, which includes willfully causing unjustifiable physical pain, can involve significant prison time and fines.
@PREACHERMANN2K3@RightPulseNewss the officer attempted to put the man’s hand behind his back & the man jerked away. That’s called resisting. Y’all see what yall want to see
@RightPulseNewss No. He used “No Force” towards the cop. Regardless of the door situation, it does not dictate the right of the officer to assault the individual without justifiable cause.
An unhinged man didn’t get his way at a hotel… so he kicked through the glass front door like it’s GTA. This is how the officer responded! Was this justified?
YES or NO?
