An 80 year-old former teacher from Pembrokeshire has praised a virtual online prehab programme run by Hywel Dda aimed at supporting patients to be well before surgery. Stella suffered hip pain for years but had a hip replacement in January and is now able to move about pain free.

And a special mention to the Optimisation and Prehabilitation service in @HywelDdaHB who was declared the overall winner in demonstrating progress and innovation in delivering the 3P's policy. @mr_james_severs @davies_mandy
