In October, SARCC held their UK regional seminar in partnership with @marineffproject, #3DPARE and @ecostructure_ discussing the main learnings of #SARCCeu and the future of nature-based solutions. Watch the video below for an overview📹

On October 19th, 2022 the Speeding up Nature Positive Offshore Energy Infrastructure Deployment conference took place in Brussels. This event aims to find solutions to accelerate the deployment of offshore energy infrastructure while restoring Europe's marine ecosystems.

On October 13th, 2022, the penultimate SCM of the MARINEFF project took place in Bournemouth. As the project ends in March 2023, this was an opportunity to review the final stages of the project. We are very proud to see the MARINEFF project achieving its objectives.

Le 13 octobre 2022 a eu lieu l'avant-dernier COPIL du projet MARINEFF à Bournemouth. Le projet se terminant en mars 2023, ce fut l'occasion de faire le point sur les dernières étapes de celui-ci. Nous sommes très fiers de voir le projet MARINEFF atteindre ses objectifs.

Last week @Channel_Manche @marineffproject partner @bournemouthuni hosted a workshop entitled 'Ecological Enhancement for Coastal Infrastructure', inviting 3 @Interreg_eu other projects - @SARCCeu of @Interreg2Seas, #3DPARE of @AtlanticArea, and @ecostructure_ of @IrelandWales

The added value of the MARINEFF project in this conference is to raise awareness among stakeholders developing offshore wind energy with the issues related to the impact of electrical connections on biodiversity.

October 19th: the Speeding Up Nature Positive Offshore Energy Infrastructure Deployment conference in Brussels. The objective is to discuss the challenges and solutions to accelerate the deployment of offshore energy infrastructure while restoring European marine ecosystems.
