But here’s the truth: Knowing the hacks isn’t enough. Without accountability, guidance, and a supportive community, most people slip back into old stress loops. That’s why I am building a system that makes implementation stick...

The King could dissolve parliament if he wanted to. He must see & hear how dire this country has got. The big question is why doesn’t he 🤔🤔

This is a wonderful sight. The people who find this offensive or troublesome need to explain why? Loving your country and showing it is not illegal, racist or problematic - it is patriotism.

In April 1967, James Garner made a solo USO tour to Vietnam to support and uplift American troops during the height of the war. Caught off guard by the invitation-admitting he couldn't sing, dance, or tell jokes-Garner went anyway, drawing on his own military experiences to connect authentically with the soldiers. He visited various bases and hospitals across Vietnam, including the 12th Evacuation Hospital at Cu Chi, where he joked with patients, shared stories, and spoke personally to nearly every wounded service member in the Tropic Lightning wards. Garner also stopped at remote locations like Can Tho and interacted with units such as the 25th Infantry Division, offering encouragement. His tour extended to support bases like U-Tapao Airfield in Thailand, a key hub for Vietnam operations, where he posed for photos and signed autographs. Garner's commitment to service members stemmed from his own distinguished military history. During the Korean War, he served as an infantryman with the 5th Regimental Combat Team, 24th Infantry Division, earning two Purple Hearts. Before that, at just 16 years old, he joined the Merchant Marines during World War II, contributing to the war effort through vital maritime support both at sea and on the home front. Even as a Hollywood star known for "Maverick" and other iconic roles, Garner remained humble and devoted to his fellow veterans. He passed away in 2014, but his legacy of courage and kindness lives on. God Bless James Garner 🙏♥️

Honestly, if it wasn’t for X and @elonmusk most of the world wouldn’t be aware of the horrors girls in the UK are facing.
