Jan 2019 updates (KB4480970 and KB4480960) are NOT the root cause of the Non-Genuine issue in Windows 7. It's KB971033 and broken license files. 1B updates may cause the other non-related network issue BUT non-genuine. You need to remove KB971033 from VL machines no matter what.
