@Sezordsables @daanakil12 @SherazadeSmh Oui ça dépend, mais 1200 kcal reste bas dans la plupart des cas, c’est trop restrictif. Les régimes trop restrictifs marchent vite car souvent les gens se sous alimentent mais reprennent faute d’habitudes équilibrées
