La verdad me apena bastante que últimamente me han cancelado varios proyectos, me han ghosteado clientes, me han ofrecido malos pagos , he tenido que decir que no a varios, pero casi que me he quedado sin opciones. Ser artista está demasiado precarizado en Latinoamérica🥲

La gente cree que lo digo porque “extraña vivir en Japón”🥴nooo. Vivir en Japón fue toda una experiencia pero no volvería a hacerlo por ahora 🤧Creo que lo que he vivido en Chile después de volver ha sido algo mucho más mágico y lo valoro mucho ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ 💗 ya me siento mejor🩷

Se cumplen exactamente 2 años desde que volví a Chile después de haber vivido en Japón. Ha cambiado mucho mi vida, pero nunca pensé que el día de hoy estaría sintiéndome de una manera tan parecida a esas noches deambulando sola y triste por las calles de Shinjuku.

🎸🥁🎤Clarifying the History of Female Visual Kei Bands👩🏻💞 I want to clarify something important from an insider's perspective (having followed the Visual Kei scene since the 90s). There is a common assumption—especially through a Western lens—that female VK bands disappeared due to systemic misogyny, bullying, or exclusion by men. However, this doesn't match the actual Japanese context. Many all-female or female-fronted acts existed in the 2000s, such as Alone, Danger☆GANG, and exist†trace (who are still active!). Most faded out for practical reasons: Economic Struggles: As a niche subculture, indie bands struggled to survive without mainstream sales. The Pre-Digital Gap: Before YouTube, most footage of disbanded indie bands simply vanished, making it hard for new fans to discover them later. The Shift to "Girls Metal": Around 2008, the "Jyo-Metal" (Girls Metal) scene exploded with bands like Aldious. Many female musicians naturally migrated there because it offered bigger stages and international opportunities without the strict aesthetic constraints of VK. Beyond economics, the "atmosphere" of the scene back then was entirely different. The fans and band members were in their 20s, and the energy was incredibly intense—sometimes even volatile. It was driven by a culture of "gachi-koi" (intense romantic devotion) and "doutan-kyohi" (refusal to interact with other fans of the same member). Without that pseudo-romantic bond with fans, it was nearly impossible to meet ticket quotas.🎫 .·😿 I can say this from personal experience because I was dating a VK musician at the time. He explicitly told me, "It’s too dangerous, don’t come to the venue." That’s how sharp the tension was. Once I had a child, I had to give up on going to live houses entirely. My partner wasn't even a "big name" in magazines, yet the situation was that intense. It breaks my heart to think about the wives and girlfriends of major artists—how they must have feared aggressive words from fans and desperately kept their families a secret just to stay safe. It was painful, but at the time, it was simply the reality we had to accept. These women weren't "pushed out" by men. They were navigating a hyper-intense ecosystem dominated by a specific type of female fan devotion. Imposing modern Western ideas of "systemic misogyny" erases the real choices and struggles of these women. This isn't a story of hate; it’s a story of evolution, economic shifts, and women finding new ways to thrive in a changing market. 🖤🎸

Que vuelva el Cyber Goth, el Decora, el Visual Kei, lo despampanante, lo chillón y llamativo, el maximalismo y sobrecargado. No quiero más minimalismo ni colores blancos rotos, quiero que la gente pueda expresarse, liberarse y hacer de nuevo el arte una parte de la vestimenta.

@mimimortale Solo promocione una vez porque me vendieron el medio cuento, cuando eres artista en un país chaquetero; y necesitas vivir de tu arte es súper fácil caer si un tercero te prometen que puede venderlo. Era ignorante al respecto, pero me informe y deje el tema de inmediato 💋
