fast lead times + a reliable 3PL might be the most important combo in ecom (clothing especially) you don’t need to plan 3 months ahead or sit on frozen capital if something sells out without noticing, just reorder a small batch customer waits max 2 weeks my manufacturer does thousands of hoodies & tees in 5-7 days china 3PL ships worldwide in 4-8 days don’t lose momentum because you’re “out of stock” move fast, stay liquid, and keep printing

We probably have 6 months left MAX until AI completely changes the clothing brand space Sounds extreme, but if you’re a beginner you absolutely need to hear this: Right now, a clothing brand can still win if they have better taste, better shoots, better ads etc Next year? This won’t be the case By 2027, it’s going to be extremely easy for brand owners to generate perfect creatives, perfect product visuals, and designs that sell with AI Customers won’t even be able to tell (example attached in screenshot below) The numbers these “AI brands” are already generating on socials is crazy My prediction for how a clothing brand wins once AI is being used at full force? Being abnormally innovative - Products - Way of selling - Brand universe - Perfect execution distribution - 10/10 Community When everyone can generate perfection, perfect ads and shots stop being the advantage Identity becomes the advantage Your brand needs to be recognisable instantly and extremely hard to copy If you’re planning to start a brand or already scaling one, don’t focus on “better creatives” Focus on building something people actually recognise

If your ads go unprofitable every time you try to scale, this is why ⬇️ It took me 6.5 years and millions spent on FB to figure out what actually unlocks consistent $10K-20K days with strong margins. And It's not better ads or a better offer. It's something 95% of us in ecom completely ignore and keeps us from hitting those massive days that we work so hard for. And if you're stuck at low budgets and go unprofitable every time you try to scale, I guarantee you're of that 95% that are ignoring it. So here's a 20 min loom video I made showing exactly what it is and how to implement it in less than 30min. This took me 6.5 years to learn. It'll take you 20 minutes. Just Like & comment "Send" and I'll DM it. (must be following)

One thing I‘ve learned after having business dinners for 9 evenings straight, across 3 countries with no break in between… You can just do things. There are so many cool things being built right now, in the shadows and in the public, it’s insane. I truly believe that my generation will have the biggest impact any generation had on our world yet. I just turned 20 and let me tell you there are 18 year olds out there, that are cooking just as hard. If governments play this right, regulations get simpler and we get, even if it’s just a bit, the right backing from older generations, the next few years will have insane inventions and companies. So many „ah this absolutely made sense“ companies are being built and I’m so so grateful to be inside this space before we all blow up.

Amazon invented “prime day” out of thin air and generated $14 billion (in 48hrs) last year from a fake holiday they created You can use this same play with paid communities to manipulate behaviours, drive outsider hype and print a fuck load of money from your offer… Every corporation creates fake urgency: - Black Friday (Random event hyped by marketers to make more money) - Cyber Monday (A company made this up in 2005 for no valid reason) - Prime day (Jeff Bezos woke up one morning and thought yeah, great idea) - Small business saturday (Amex created this to drive usage through their network) Humans love these “special occasions” to justify spending money they don’t have. Billions get spent on artificial events every year. They’re essentially corporate psyops abused by companies So why are you not doing the same? Examples: “Purge day” - Once a month you remove members who are either inactive, never contributing, or always time-wasting. No refunds and no second entries. You’ll start to notice a change in lurker activity “Bankruptcy day” - Members get prizes for posting their biggest failure of the month. Reward the biggest losers. Creates vulnerability. People make jokes. Good for marketing + creating upsells Niche specific ones hit harder: Had a friend running a dating community who hosted quarterly “10/10 acquisition season”. If you’re from the dating space, you would’ve seen it. If not you ain’t OG He hosted live-streams once every 3 months where guys from his paid community would come up and share girls they pulled one by one. $$$ would be dished out based on community vote Outsiders would watch these streams and see the 10/10’s people from his community were pulling. Sales went anabolic during those events. He’d record every stream and farm case studies It’s crucial that you make events feel exclusive. The same way you hype up webinars, you hype up these 10x more Amazon brainwashed people into thinking that arbitrary dates = must buy now. Use their same programming for your own community and start stacking A random Tuesday in March can be your own black friday if you're not a pussy about manipulation Artificial event maxxing = $$$

turned 18 few weeks ago closed out my 17th year doing 2.5M+ in sales (one brand) and i almost went bankrupt... almost killed my brand twice not because the ads stopped working but because backend wasn’t ready for the scale lessons: – fast lead times > fancy marketing – cashflow is king – influencer seeding compounds harder than any ad – tracking every penny exactly get these into your brain to not fall for the same mistakes...

if your brand still isn’t shipping out of china, you’re not gonna be up to the market standard soon... you’re limiting yourself to one market paying insane labor costs freezing cashflow in slow processes and waiting weeks just to move stock from factory to warehouse a proper 3PL in china cuts costs in half, speeds up lead times, and lets you scale without bottlenecks i’m sharing my personal 3PL contacts (the ones we used to scale to 7–8 figs)

everyone says “branding” or “creatives” is the key, but this is what they don't tell you: the winners at 7–8 figures have one thing in common: fast, predictable manufacturing if you can reorder fast you can scale endlessly with better cashflow gathered together a list of the clothing factories my partners and me use in 2025 & made it free RT + comment “factory” I'll send it over

@aimerce_ai I still believe if you have the ability to do it, it's the fastest way to grow, perfect example for this is scuffers.

@mariuslsocials Even though it seems so easy, very few brands have the time to execute it well, consistent seeding is pure compounding.

the fastest way to scale a fashion ecom brand is creator seeding (if you have budget), you'll get to 8 figures/year easily and no, it’s not about 1 viral video, that’s lowk gambling, chasing direct ROI here usually loses you money the real goal is volume + consistency 200+ creators on a pay per view model = millions of impressions compounding into trust + brand value when people see your product everywhere, they stop questioning if you’re legit, that’s when you get to 8 figs/yr quick side note: once you’re profitable on seeding, your ads become way easier to scale, huge awareness is already built, and ROAS shoots through the roof
