I used to be so annoyed when my mom (with whom the relationship was not great!) called us with similar questions and when she was irritated when we asked clarifying questions and weren't able to solve it in 2 secs based on: it's not working alright!!??

@marjokef Literally ‘‘not eating‘‘. I do intermittent fasting. Started with 16-8, by now I‘m actually down to 23-1, eating only once a day. I also changed what I eat and try to exercise every day. And I haven‘t had any chocolate or gummibears in many weeks. So it‘s me being stubborn.

Good morning. For the first time in over a decade my weight has dropped below 100kg. I‘m down 17kg by now. Whatever will be thrown at me today, I‘ll celebrating this milestone. Without snacks, by the way…

When in pain, each piece of positive energy is valuable. All doctors and assistants in @Tergooi are very kind to me, but those two guys who literally carried me from my bed into the ambulance - are extremely awesome. They gave me so much support ❤ Sad I don't know their names
