Don't make these mistakes in 2025: 1. Forget about $NU because the short term macro environment is difficult. 2. Think $UBER will not have a strong 2025 because of $TSLA. Do not underestimate how $UBER have prepared for the autonomous future. 3. Follow ridiculous analyst targets on $SOFI. 4. Think companies like $AMZN will disrupt $HIMS. Make sure you take advantage of the volatility of the $HIMS stock. 5. Ignore mega caps like $AMZN. $AMZN is the most dominant Cloud and e-commerce provider in the world and there's still a lot of room to run. 6. Underappreciate $MELI and the flywheel they have. 7. Fully focus on the US stock market. I personally think India is a great place to invest and I've been doing that for 2+ years now. I think China will bounce back and I think LatAm has some incredible potential. 8. Underappreciate $LMND. Very good company from my initial research. 9. Completely ignore $BABA because of the current China macro. Super investors are buying the stock a lot. 10. Ignore insider purchases. $LVMH founder is buying up a lot of stock. Let me know yours👇

As a way to end 2024 on a high...here's a big thread with 24 of the highest quality stocks in the market. And my investment thesis for each one🧵 1. NuBank | $NU - $NU is my highest conviction investment over the next 3-5 years and quickly becoming a top position of mine. - An EPS of $0.80 is the forecast for 2026. At a PE of 25x (below the lows of today) you have a $20 stock. At a 30x PE you have a $24 stock. - Geographically, they've acquired a big portion of Brazil but almost nothing in Mexico and Colombia. - They have one of the lowest cost operations out of all fintechs which has allowed them to go from -47% net income margin in 2022 to 36% today. - ARPAC is being weighted down by customer acquisitions but there's evidence it almost doubles from today's average for those mature accounts. - Macro headwinds in Brazil are the biggest bear case today, but $NU have managed these difficulties well in the past and I don't see this changing in the future.

A TON OF THINGS HAPPENED IN THE STOCK MARKET TODAY. Here's a full recap: 1. MicroStrategy $MSTR acquired an additional 5,262 $BTC Bitcoin for $561 million at $106,662 per coin. They now own 444,262 Bitcoin at an average of $62,257 per Bitcoin. Today after hours, MicroStrategy called a Special Meeting for shareholders to vote on proposals aimed at advancing its Bitcoin-focused 21/21 Plan. These include increasing authorized Class A shares to 10.33 billion and preferred shares to 1.005 billion to enhance capital-raising and financing flexibility, as well as amending the 2023 Equity Incentive Plan to grant automatic equity awards to new directors. 2. The IRS is sending out $1,400 stimulus checks to 1M people who qualified for them in 2021 but never claimed them, per CNBC. “The IRS continues to work hard to make improvements and help taxpayers,” IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel said in a statement. “These payments are an example of our commitment to go the extra mile for taxpayers.” 3. $PLTR Palantir closed above $80 for the second trading day in a row. Over the weekend, (1) CEO Alex Karp released an end-of-year video thanking employees and investors, (2) Elon Musk followed Palantir on X, (3) The Financial Times reported Palantir, Anduril, and SpaceX forming a group to bid for government contracts, possibly leveraging DOGE for efficiency, (4) David Sacks, the new AI Czar, praised Palantir's unique software, potentially influencing government AI spending, (5) The All-In Podcast discussed Karp's critique of the software industrial complex, with Chamath amplifying the message, and (6) Bill Ackman shared his support for Karp’s upcoming book and the Palantir/Anduril collaboration, emphasizing the importance of America’s AI dominance. Palantir was also rebalanced into the Nasdaq $QQQ today, ending the year as part of the $SPY S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 $QQQ. 4. Robinhood $HOOD added 120,627 new Gold subscribers during its promotional Gold Monday campaign from December 9–16, offering a $1 million pot split among participants (approximately $8.29 each). This accounted for 57% of its Q3 Gold subscriber additions (210,000) in just one week. The promotion generated $5.4 million in revenue from annual subscriptions at $45 each (25% off the usual $60 rate) against a $1 million marketing cost, achieving a 5x return on investment. 5. Elon Musk's xAI has secured $6 billion in Series C funding from major investors, including A16Z, Blackrock, Fidelity, $NVDA NVIDIA, and $AMD AMD, to support its rapid growth and infrastructure expansion. Since May 2024, xAI has reached several significant milestones, including launching Colossus, the world’s largest AI supercomputer with 100,000 NVIDIA Hopper GPUs (soon doubling to 200,000), and Grok 2, an advanced language model with state-of-the-art reasoning capabilities. The company also introduced the xAI API for global low-latency developer access, Aurora, a proprietary image generation model for enhanced multimodal functionality, and Grok on 𝕏, which provides real-time insights with features like web search, citations, and image generation. 6. Honda and Nissan have entered merger talks to form a joint holding company by 2026, aiming to become the world's third-largest automaker. Mitsubishi Motors, partly owned by Nissan, may also join, with a final decision expected by January. The new entity, set to list by August 2026, will have Honda nominating most directors and aims to rival Toyota and Chinese EV giants like BYD. Honda announced a $7 billion share buyback and projects ¥1 trillion in annual synergy gains, and scaling to ¥3 trillion annually. The merger addresses fierce EV competition and offers relief for struggling Nissan, while leveraging Honda's strong market position. 7. Apple $AAPL is working on a smart doorbell with advanced Facial Recognition technology, enabling doors to unlock via Face ID as part of its smart home expansion. The device will feature a 6-inch display and integrate with third-party locks through Apple’s HomeKit. Additionally, Apple is enhancing its smart home ecosystem with updates to Apple TV, HomePod Mini, and new in-home security cameras. This initiative aims to compete with Amazon's Ring and Google's Nest, emphasizing privacy as a key advantage. The products are expected to launch by late 2025. 8. Meta $META plans to launch new Ray-Ban smart glasses with built-in displays by late 2025, enabling notifications and interaction with its virtual assistant, marking progress toward augmented reality. Building on strong sales of the 2023 Ray-Ban models, which outperformed earlier versions, this release aligns with Meta's broader focus on wearable tech and next-generation devices, competing with Apple and Google. While its advanced AR prototype, Orion, remains in development, these updated glasses offer a practical step toward mainstream adoption of AR. 9. Wedbush reiterated its Outperform Rating on $AAPL with a price target of $300. They wrote: "We would characterize demand for iPhone 16 so far since its September launch as slightly ahead to generally in line with expectations globally. We believe Apple is set to have a strong holiday season ahead as iPhone 16 upgrades across its installed base are trending well into Christmas based on our recent Asia supply chain checks." 10. In the U.S., 77% of holiday spending occurred in-store, with 23% online. In-store spending increased by 4.1% year-over-year, up from 1.6% growth in 2023, according to $V Visa Consulting & Analytics. 11. Call options trading on quantum computing stocks has surged, with trading values 2,500% above average. Options volume for $IONQ, $RGTI, $QBTS, and $QUBT increased tenfold in just one month, far surpassing Nvidia’s $NVDA record March volume, which was 435% above average. This spike has driven the quantum computing ETF, $QTUM, up 23% during this period and 50% year-to-date. 12. The next seven days mark the official Santa Claus Rally period. While the rally was down in 2023, back-to-back declines have occurred only twice since 1950. On average, the Santa Claus Rally during this time yields an average return of 1.3% for the S&P 500. WALL STREET IS THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH.

BREAKING: Market Plunges Post-Fed Decision The Federal Reserve's 25 basis point rate cut didn't stop the S&P 500 from plummeting, wiping out $1.8 TRILLION in market value in one of the largest post-Fed drops since March 2020. But why? • Interest Rates: 97% expected the cut, so why the shock? The real story lies in the Fed's hawkish outlook for 2025, now expecting fewer rate cuts and higher inflation. • Inflation Surge: 3-month core CPI inflation hits 4%! The Fed's own inflation expectations are on the rise, signaling tougher times ahead for the economy. • Global Disparities: While the US cuts rates, Japan hikes them. Meanwhile, China battles deflation, and Europe faces inflation. The global economy is at a crossroads. • Market Panic: Small caps tanked nearly 5%, and the Dow saw its worst 10-day losing streak since 1974. Sentiment is shifting, and markets are bracing for a volatile 2025. • Fed's Warning: Fed Chairman Powell hinted at tougher times with his words, "Today was a closer call." The markets took this as a sign of caution. Follow for real-time analysis and insights as the market continues to navigate these turbulent waters.
