Nonetheless there will still be the risk for higher end potential with the very strong instability potential overlapping a sufficient area of shear, but I don't see anything that is historic or around that severity.

Not really downplaying the severe weather potential in the central US next week, but synoptically this is not a 'historic outbreak' look at all, mainly due to the suppressive upstream trough near Alaska and a deep TPV lobe over the Hudson Bay which shears the jet streak maxima.

I think I need to do less reps but heavier weight. Higher reps ironically can be more fatiguing for squats
