I think this is one of the most startling and tragic statistics I have seen. Only 12% of 30 year olds are married and own a home. Marriage, family, and home ownership are the ultimate trifecta of security and happiness. I hope this trajectory can be reversed.

@ThrillaRilla369 At the midtown multi-story building I quasi-illegally lived in, the passenger elevator shut down at midnight and anyone entering or leaving had to use the freight elevator, which was manually operated. The guy who did this had perhaps one of the most depressing jobs imaginable.
