Placed an order April4th for 9 monogrammed travel pouches. Supposed to arrive April 15th. 2 arrived but 7 still show “prepping to ship”. Customer service has zero answers and is completely unhelpful. I’ll never prefer again from @markandgraham DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES.

@markandgraham has the WORST customer service. One of your agents told me she would refund the personalization fee since my gift did not arrive on time. She never did and never put it in the notes. Wanted someone to listen to the call where she promised this, and no one did!!

@markandgraham I Purchased, a vegan leather cosmetic case 13 months ago the mesh lining, and the zipper have separated. I tried calling to no avail. After spending over $70 for this item. I feel like Mark and Graham should repair or replace it.
