People saying I got the Juan Cruz Mallia incident wrong, yes I did in the eyes of the judicial panel. The majority of refs going to the World Cup would probably have done as Andrew Brace did as Mallia got the charge down. Refs & judicial panel interpretations very different!

Juan Cruz Mallia has been cited so here are the facts. 1) Is it a genuine attempt to go for the ball? = Yes 2) Is he in a realistic position to charge down the ball? = Yes Yes to both so if he’s banned it will completely change how the law is written
