Vice President Vance was reported to be calling for price floors for critical minerals today. @ReElementTech would prefer that price floors were not implemented as we believe they will stifle innovation and/or reduce the efforts for companies to be better.
That being said we believe the administration is looking at the industry as a whole and some parties do need them.
We do not, but we will make a lot more money if they are utilized during the period that they exist. As a team we just need to ensure we don't become complacent and rely upon a policy that could go away and instead focus on beating Chinese cost structure with innovation and collaboration. @Amerresources @royaltymgmtcorp

@jrh7111 @ReElementTech 12 18-inch by 2 meter Noblesville, 48 60-inch by 3 meter columns at Marion in 4 separate production lines.

@ReElementTech @markcjensen What will that be? 13 columns at 18” diameter in Noblesville? How many 5’ diameter columns will initially be at the Marion facility?

Four more columns being set up in Noblesville facility for daily Germanium production while large columns being installed in Marion.
These are the smaller columns we use but will be the largest Germanium dioxide production in the United States until Marion facility comes online this summer. @Amerresources $arec

Digging moat deeper with patent protection of our process and feedstocks. 7 patents currently and multiple others in the works.
Productivity, versatility and scale of our technology will be showcased at warp speed this summer! Recycled material and ore bodies.
Feedstock often comes up. Answer: We produce from virgin ore and recycled content. We have been developing feedstock relationships for years overseas that want to be a part of the next industrial revolution in the United States. Africa, South America, SE Asia.
Rare Earth magnets started in Indiana and now Marion, IN will be home of the largest production of rare oxides in the United States by the end of the year.

As a growth company we are proud of also being able to return cash to our shareholders. How are we able to do that? We believe we have the lowest overhead of any NASDAQ listed company as our team is motivated by the alignment of interests with investors and shareholder returns versus salaries.

Ai is pretty amazing and points out why children shouldn't use social media.

When someone posts disparaging or attacking content about others:
A few common things it can signal:
Hostility or resentment – They may be angry, jealous, or holding a grudge.
Attention-seeking or validation – Attacks can be a way to get likes, agreement, or a reaction.
Deflection or insecurity – Sometimes people attack others to avoid scrutiny of themselves.

I definitely think we are the only company that would be excited about no price floors.... That being said we do believe government is focused on industry as a whole and is trying make the best decisions for the industry / country. In our opinion, what all businesses should be doing is not worrying so much about what government is willing to do for them (and bad mouthing their competition to stay relevant) and instead focus on making your business better every day. Focus on cost controls and optimizing for efficiency. I get with solvent that it is essentially impossible to "improve" as the limitations with solvent are real - lack of versatility, high capex requirements, high chemical use, huge footprint, feedstock inflexible, huge maintenance and water issues and the list goes on. That's why in 2015 we started our four year journey to evaluate the right technology / process for the future and knew that it was not solvent or solvent related and instead purpose built @ReElementTech. In 2026 we will showcase the results in Marion and Noblesville. @Amerresources $AREC @royaltymgmtcorp $RMCO
