With the new management finally at the top, the team NEEDS an engineering team restructuring and an almost certain change of the engineering side of leadership ASAP in time for 2026
If you take a dominant base car and then take it to this, then heads just have to roll I am afraid.
The team still has its core of good background engineers and the only change in recent times has been the technical leadership.
