@AppleSupport This security "enhancement" has rendered all software used for live-event projections (Isadora, QLab, Touch Designer, ZoomOSC, and many others) potentially useless by placing an orange dot rendered on our content. You *must* give us a way to turn this off.

A green light means your camera is in use. And in macOS Monterey, an orange dot in the menu bar means your microphone is in use. Here’s what it looks like.
